• Business Information: Company name, registration details, and business address.
• Usage Data: Login history, platform interactions, and preferences.

• Communicate with you regarding your account, offers, and updates.
• Verify the legitimacy of businesses on our platform.

3. Data Protection

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties. We only share the data needed with trusted service providers who help us run the platform and who must keep it confidential:

• Payments: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal process membership and ad payments. We do not store your card details.
• Email: our email providers deliver account emails, verification codes and invoices.
• Content safety: text and pictures of offers and ads may be checked automatically by the OpenAI moderation service to block unsafe or fraudulent content.
• Visitor statistics: an IP location service is used to show which countries our visitors come from.
• Authorities, when we are required to do so by law.

We use cookies to enhance website functionality, remember your preferences, and track platform usage to improve our services.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

This also applies if you signed in with Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Apple.

1. Send an email to support@tradenivo.com from the email address of your TradeNivo account, with the subject “Delete my TradeNivo account”.
2. We confirm the request by email and delete your account, your offers, messages and the login link to Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Apple within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example payment invoices) are kept only for the required period.
3. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove TradeNivo in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → TradeNivo → Remove. Then send us the email above so we delete the data on our side as well.

7. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

TradeNivo is a marketplace brand operated by KMC Global Trading LLC (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request (access, correction or deletion), please contact support@tradenivo.com.
