Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.

4. Account Usage

5. Listings and Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they post, including offers, company details, and communication with other members.

6. Payments & Membership

Premium features may require payment. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

            Subscription Pricing Policy: TradeNivo reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and membership pricing at any time based on market conditions, service enhancements, or operational costs. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to active members via email or platform notifications. Existing active subscriptions will maintain their current rate until the end of their current billing cycle.
        

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeNivo is not liable for:

Transactions between users.
Quality, safety, or legality of goods/services offered.
Any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from platform use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in suspicious activity without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
