1. Introduction

Welcome to TradeNivo. TradeNivo is owned and operated by KMC Global Trading LLC. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and services.

2. Platform Role

TradeNivo is an online marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers. We do not participate in transactions, nor do we act as an agent, broker, or legal representative for any user.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.

4. Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Listings and Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they post, including offers, company details, and communication with other members.

6. Payments & Membership

Basic and Premium memberships and home page ads are paid services. A 10% service fee is added to membership prices and shown before you pay. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled from the Membership page; paid features stay active until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

            Subscription Pricing Policy: TradeNivo reserves the right to adjust subscription fees and membership pricing at any time based on market conditions, service enhancements, or operational costs. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to active members via email or platform notifications. Existing active subscriptions will maintain their current rate until the end of their current billing cycle.
        

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeNivo is not liable for:

Transactions between users.
Quality, safety, or legality of goods/services offered.
Any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from platform use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in suspicious activity without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable international business laws and the jurisdiction of our operating headquarters.
